The aim is not to replace your existing team, QS, accountant or other professional advisers. Projineer adds the construction management capacity between them, helping information flow, responsibilities stay clear, actions get closed out and important issues do not get lost in the day to day running of the business.
Founded by Ruairí Nerney and based in Kinsale, Co. Cork, Projineer is built around practical construction experience. We do not just advise from the outside. We work alongside your team, put the systems and structure in place, and help make them work in practice.
