The Foresight team consists of specialists who are genuinely passionate about the Irish engineering and technical sectors. We don’t work to sales targets; we work to build partnerships. We would rather spend a day on-site with a client to understand the real requirements of their facility and team than an hour scrolling through keyword matches. We prefer to have a proper conversation with a candidate to learn about their technical ambitions than just skim-reading their CV.
