Overview
A practical, no-jargon introduction to AI for everyday business roles
Most staff have heard about AI but aren't sure where it fits their job or whether it's safe to use. This one-day course closes that gap. It's plain-English, completely hands-on, and assumes no prior experience. People spend the afternoon trying AI on their own real tasks, with a facilitator circulating to help.
The course objective: remove the anxiety, build genuine confidence, and signpost staff toward the tools that fit how they actually work. Alongside the hands-on basics, the day covers staying safe with company data, the new EU AI Act, what the tools cost, and how AI can be rolled out across a whole business — not just by individuals. The day is built on three rules demonstrate live, hands beat slides, and “stuck is fine”. Every attendee leaves with one concrete task they'll do with AI each week.
