Ireland’s new Auto-Enrolment pension system, known as My Future Fund, comes into effect on 1 January 2026. It will require all employers to automatically enrol eligible employees into a workplace pension, with contributions from the employee, employer, and State.

To help members prepare, Irish Steel and PurpleTree HR hosted a webinar and Q&A session and have prepared two supporting reports:
