Irish International Trading Corporation (IITC) was established in 1920 and, after more than a century in business, has grown to become one of Ireland’s largest steel stockholders.
Operating from two substantial sites – Tramore Road, Cork, and Osberstown, Naas, Kildare – IITC offers nationwide steel distribution. In 2018, the company expanded with the opening of a new 7-acre steel branch in Naas, featuring 90,000 sq. ft. of warehousing. Combined, both locations cover around 15 acres and hold close to 15,000 tonnes of steel, ensuring customers benefit from scale, stock availability, and reliable service. IITC offer both cutting and shotblasting and priming services.
IITC specialises in supplying a wide range of steel products, including:
• Structural Steel: Universal Beams, Universal Columns, IPE, Channels, Structural Angles, Structural Hollows Sections.
• Merchant bars: Flats, Angles, Rounds, Squares,
• Plate: Mild Steel Plate, Chequer Plate, Laser Plate, Wear plate
• Sheet & Mesh Products: Galvanised Sheet, Cr sheet, Weldmesh, Floor Grating.
• Tubes & Sections: CHS, Galvanised Tubes, Square and Rectangular Hollow Section.
• Reinforcing: High Tensile bars and Mesh
