The project's key challenge was a complex multi-pitched roof spanning three axes, achieved through advanced 3D detailing, precise setting-out coordination, and close collaboration with the main contractor.

The bespoke steel, aluminium glass balustrade balconies were prefabricated off-site and delivered a minimalist, floating aesthetic while meeting all structural safety requirements.
