McMenamin Engineering supplied and installed structural steelwork, cold-rolled purlins, and a bespoke staircase for the new €38 million, 90-bed Community Nursing Unit in Carrick-on-Shannon. The project's key challenge was a complex multi-pitched roof spanning three axes, achieved through advanced 3D detailing, precise setting-out coordination, and close collaboration with the main contractor.

McMenamin Engineering supplied and erected the structural steel framework for three separate buildings at Waterways Ireland's new Craft Centre of Excellence in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. This state-of-the-art facility will bring together up to 70 team members in the same location, supporting Ireland's inland waterways heritage while safeguarding employment and traditional crafts in the region for years to come.

McMenamin Engineering designed, manufactured and installed 30no. modular cantilevered balconies with glass balustrades at Cherry Lane, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The bespoke steel, aluminium glass balustrade balconies were prefabricated off-site and delivered a minimalist, floating aesthetic while meeting all structural safety requirements.
