Louvered Gates & Boundary Fencing.
The Story
We were tasked with the supply and installation of a set of louvered gates with 300x300 bespoke made hanging posts & boundary fencing, designed with a clean, modern aesthetic. The specification included 60x60 frames with vertical louvers, offering visual consistency. All steel components were fully galvanised to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance, followed by a high-quality satin black powdercoated finish for a sleek and refined appearance. A key stage in the process involved bonding steel sheeting precisely onto a section of the fabricated gate frames. the gates are fully prepared for final installation on site, providing both functionality and a striking visual enhancement to their setting.
An addition feature to this project was a bespoke made parcel box that was incorporated into the fence panels.
Why It Should Win
We think this project is worthy of an Irish Steel Award as these gates are a bespoke design and the attention to detail that went into these gates was second to none as everything had to be millimetre perfect to achieve the clean lines. Furthermore, the craftsmanship involved in the fabrication process showcases an exceptional level of skill and dedication. Each component was meticulously crafted, ensuring not only functionality but also aesthetic appeal. The gates serve as a perfect blend of modern design and traditional techniques, making them a standout feature in any architectural setting. Their durability and elegance are a testament to the innovation and expertise behind Delahan Steel Fabrication's work.
