Who is IACBAM 3004:2025 for?
The IACBAM 3004:2025 course and certification is intended for individuals involved in reporting and
CBAM compliance across the supply chain
What will IACBAM-certified professionals gain?
Upon successful enrolment, each participant is granted access to the IACBAM certification portal, where they can complete the structured assessment questionnaire. Once all questions are answered and scored, the participant will be officially certified (subject to scoring results).
Certified individuals receive an official IACBAM certificate and are automatically recognised as Associates of IACBAM.
Certified professionals will learn to:
- Classify goods using CBAM taxonomy and CN codes
- Calculate and manage emissions data, distinguishing actual vs. default values
- Set up compliant, secure CBAM workflows
- Maintain full audit trails and meet retention rules
- Monitor legal updates and apply them in practice
- Identify when expert consultancy is needed and how to document it
- Understand the role and duties of the CBAM Compliance Officer
- The curriculum is up-to-date, scalable, and tailored to the challenges of CBAM. The training is estimated to take in between 4 and 8 hours.
