Moreover, our team successfully executed balconies as large as 15 meters, showcasing our ability to handle grand-scale projects with finesse.
Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Lidar scanners and Tekla, alongside our team of highly skilled designers and fabricators, we meticulously crafted and installed these extraordinary curved balconies. The complexity of the project demanded unwavering attention to detail and precision craftsmanship, resulting in balconies that seamlessly blended aesthetic beauty with structural integrity.
In addition to our innovative approach, we employed aluminum decking with integrated drainage, further exemplifying our commitment to pioneering water management solutions. Through extensive value engineering, Extreme Steel proposed and implemented modifications to the original design, ensuring that the balconies remained both cost-effective and visually stunning. This crucial step allowed us to achieve a price point that ensured the overall feasibility of the project.
