Poplar row is a set of apartments that were originally built in 1936-9, located in Ballybough, Dublin 3. Since then Ryan structural steel have added on 8 rows of balconies to poplar row.
Why It Should Win
This project deserves to win the IASF award because a lot of time and detail went into the balcony's to make sure they suited the style of the apartments.
