Stepaside Housing Project

We are very proud of the craftsmanship on display across the project from the internal balustrade and the external railings to the glass balustrades on the balconies. We worked very hard as a team to bring about an end product that we can stand by.

This project began with our in house design team who completed the full design process from the start including all design calcs and fabrication drawings/3D drawings for approval by our customer. Once sign off was received, production began and from our workshop in Tipperary we fabricated all the glass channels for the balconies along with the internal and external railings.

When these items were galvanised and painted our team on site installed the channels and the glass balustrading to all four floors of the apartment buildings. The five blocks of apartments all had internal stair cores where we installed mild steel balustrades with timber handrail in each block.

We are happy to be able to provide a full service to our clients from design and fabrication to installation of the products they require. Given our experience in the steel fabrication sector and the knowledge base of our team in our offices, workshop and on site we are able to deliver a first class product to our customers and can ensure standards are maintained throughout the process.

We are certified to EN1090 Exec Class 2 whereby full traceability is always assured.
